📝 Description
This pull request adds a timer feature.
The timer can be enabled or disabled by the moderator. Moderator can pause stop and restart timer. The timer can be disabled anytime. Once the timer is over the user and moderator will hear a tone which can be silenced. User other than the moderator will only see a read-only timer progress synched with the moderator.

Added new components for showing timer progress and timer toggle button.
Modified gameController component to accommodate the timer toggle and timer progress controls.
