Nice cleanup of v3 stuff from this doc 👏👏
As of Helm 4, Plugins can also be stored in OCI. I think we should address this somehow before removing the note that this page needs to be fully updated for Helm 4:

I'm not sure if it's best to add a section to this page about storing plugins in OCI, or if we should make this a general OCI registries page, and then split the chart and plugin specific info into their respective sections in the docs. I'll add a discussion item in this week's Helm dev meeting for that, and it can be a follow-up PR, but in the meantime can you leave the notice that this page still needs to be fully updated for Helm 4 until we sort that out?
