Wrap MPI_Group handles.
Constructors:
|| MpiGroup() || equivalent to MPI_GROUP_NULL ||
|| MpiGroup(MPI_Group grp, bool own) || Private: Wrap the supplied MPI_Group. Flag indicates whether the instance is responsible for deleting the group when it is destructed ||
