Bundle the arb skill for Claude Code in skill/ and install it to ~/.claude/skills/arb/ when the user has Claude Code installed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add the Claude Code skill to the CLAUDE.md post-change checklist so future changes keep the skill files in sync. Document arb list --json in the command reference. Expand the README install section and AI agents tip to explain what the skill does and how to use it.
