Windows builds mark Oxc and Rayon dependencies incompatible because
gazelle_ts_cratesonly resolves macOS and Linux targets. This reproduces in a clean upstream checkout on Windows with:Add Windows x64/ARM64 triples for MSVC and GNU LLVM, and exercise a consuming
gazelle_binaryin the existing cross-platform CI checks. Windows GNU LLVM consumer analysis passes for both architectures, plugin analysis passes on native Windows, and the macOS parser/plugin tests pass. This fixes crate resolution. MSVC consumers still need a compatible C/C++ toolchain; the registered LLVM toolchain supports GNU LLVM. Native execution is not covered by the new CI checks.
