Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@heroku-cli/command](https://github.com/heroku/heroku-cli-command) and [@heroku/heroku-cli-util](https://github.com/heroku/heroku-cli-util). These dependencies need to be updated together.
