- Route params converted from :param to {param} syntax (62 routes) —
axum 0.8 panics at router construction on the old syntax
- Option<ConnectInfo> extractors replaced with request-extension lookups:
axum 0.8 requires OptionalFromRequestParts for Option<T> extractors,
which ConnectInfo doesn't implement; the extension lookup preserves
the same None-in-tests behavior
Closes #30 (supersedes Dependabot PR #25, which auto-closes when
axum 0.8 lands on main).
