To run the Excel XLSM file without security warnings, you must install the signing certificate once.

Download the certificate file (
.cer) using the link provided. -
Double-click the downloaded certificate file.

Click “Install Certificate…”.

Select Current User (Local Machine can be used if you have administrator rights) and click Next.

Choose “Place all certificates in the following store” and click Browse….

Select Trusted Publishers, then click OK.

Click Next, then Finish.

Confirm that the message “The import was successful” is displayed.
After installation, the XLSM file will open without certificate or macro security warnings.
This installation is required only once per user or machine.
