CLPR (“clipper”) is a bridgeless Cross-Ledger Protocol in development by Hashgraph that sends cryptographically-secured messages between blockchain networks. Applications built on top of CLPR can move value, data and messages without bridges, pooled liquidity or intermediary validator networks.
