This pull request updates several FHIR profiles and value sets to improve alignment with international standards, enhance data completeness, and add new examples. The most significant changes involve migrating regional subdivision codes to ISO 3166-2, updating organization identifiers, enriching practitioner qualification periods, and expanding related person relationship types.

Standards Alignment:

  • Migrated regional subdivision codes from dk-core-regional-subdivision-codes to ISO 3166-2, including updating the alias, patient address extension, and value set definitions to use $iso3166-2 and urn:iso:std:iso:3166:-2 instead of the previous local code system. [1] [2] [3] [4]
  • Updated the regional subdivision code system for organization identifiers to urn:iso:std:iso:3166:-2 for improved interoperability.

Data Completeness and Examples:

  • Added explicit qualification periods (period.start and period.end) to practitioner examples, providing more complete qualification information. [1] [2] [3]
  • Introduced a new example instance for DkCoreOrganization with CVR identifier, and updated the mandatory identifier invariant to include CVR-ID as an accepted identifier type.

Value Set and Code Updates:

  • Expanded the DK Related Person Relationship Types value set to include the grandparent role (GRPRN).
  • Removed display text from NPU codes in observation examples to ensure consistency with coding standards. [1] [2]

Deprecated/Removed Components:

  • Removed the DkCoreDocumentReferenceVersionID extension definition, as this is now included in the R5 version of the resource.
