Multi config support for picker

[herzog31]

• Configs in Commerce picker are dynamically fetched from Excel config file.
• New settings menu in picker which allows to select the config. Default is prod.
• This requires CORS headers to be configured in headers.xlsx.

Test URLs:

• Before: https://main--aem-boilerplate-commerce--hlxsites.hlx.live/
• After: https://picker-config--aem-boilerplate-commerce--hlxsites.hlx.live/tools/picker/dist/index.html
