Change description

  • Update Gradle to 8.13
  • Fix OWASP Dependency Check
  • Externalise configurations for Checkstyle and OWASP to the rse-gradle-java-plugin.
  • Refactor code to fix checkstyle violations
  • Junit 5 upgrade
  • Remove serenity and Pi test as they're not used
  • Update launch darkly
  • Remove jcenter from build.gradle
  • Remove Dependabot
  • Tidy pact configs

Dependency checking fails silently on versions lower than 10.0.2
