Fixes

This minor release adds a few features:

• support for 2D embedding (e.g. tSNE) in PAGODA browser app
• ability to test for differential expression with the null hypothesis being specified by M values other than 0

and a few fixes

• fixes broken scde.browser.diffexp()
• sets the default range of expression magnitude prior to cover the entire range of observed FPM estimates. This used to be set to 0.99th quantile, which caused problems in some cases.
