Add Novy Cooker Hood brand

Proposed change

Adds brand assets for the new novy_cooker_hood core integration (home-assistant/core#169194).

Includes light and dark variants of both the icon (stylized "N" mark) and the logo, sourced from Novy's official brand assets.
