Document the new **Display time offset** entity for Switchbot Meter Pro CO2 Monitor devices.

Proposed change

Whenever people change "display time" with the Switchbot App for Meter Pro CO2 Monitor devices, the app actually sets a "time offset" value. The value gets applied on top of the device internal clock value. HomeAssistant just got a new entity to control that value and this piece of documentation describes how to use it.
