This aggressive schema matching prevents the other SOAP schemas from processing. This patch relaxes the requirements to use
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/.http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelopeis a very common schema that can now be processed.Tests passing.
