Hotfix/morphological operations

What does this PR do ?

• Adds morphological opening on the predicted files
• Refactors remove_metadata to debug
• Adds scikit -image as dependency to add clear borders morphological operations to remove buildings on the border of the predictions ( this is done after merging is performed hence border of the whole big prediction area is only used )
