Code Review

This pull request updates the OMS release versions document with information for five new releases. The changes are straightforward, but I've found several formatting issues and inconsistencies in the new content. There are critical formatting errors in three of the new release tables that will break their rendering, as well as missing Image URL information. Additionally, there are several violations of the repository's style guide regarding extra spacing. My review includes specific suggestions to fix these issues.
