refactor(status): move dreaming projections into bounded module

Change

Q4 seventh status extraction slice: dreaming/planning projection wrappers move into loopx/control_plane/status/dreaming_projection.py:

• compact_server_planning_contract
• compact_dreaming_proposal
• compact_dreaming_lane_badge
• dreaming_attention_fields

loopx.status keeps the public compatibility functions as thin local wrappers, and preserves DREAMING_ADVISORY_CLASSIFICATIONS as an audited compatibility reexport with explicit test evidence.

Surfaces

• loopx/control_plane/status/dreaming_projection.py: new bounded status projection module.
• loopx/status.py: facade wrappers delegate to the bounded module.
• tests/control_plane/test_status_classification_reexport.py: explicit facade evidence for the preserved classification constant.

Validation

• Full pytest: 2306 passed, 2 skipped.
• Focused status/goal/contract/import-boundary/maintainability: 25 passed.
• Ruff: All checks passed.
• loopx canary premerge --from-git-diff: passed, selected=17 failures=0, self_merge_allowed=true.

No failures or skips beyond the pre-existing suite skips. No manual holds.
