Bump slidev-theme-hccs to 56be9ab; ignore .slidev/

Theme bump pulls in bigger cover h1 (5em) + section h1 (3.8em) — proper
hero-scale on title/section slides.

`.slidev/` is the local OG-cache + state.db dir slidev writes during dev
and `slidev build`; not project-tracked content.
