I translated the article into Persian language. Dr. Lambert told me to make a PR in Github reop so the rest of the work could be done.

P.S. While rendering the Markdown code, there might be a problem with text direction in Markdown by changing it from left-to-right to right-to-left. Although it should be fixed on the website when displayed. In any case, if there was a problem please inform me so I can find a solution.
