Clarify that the section does not apply to Storage Buckets and improve wording on repository limitations.

Clarifies in docs/hub/storage-limits.md that the Repository limitations and recommendations section applies to Git-backed repos and does not apply to Storage Buckets, adding a prominent note and tightening the wording around “large amounts of data” guidance.
