fsspecto the Python testing dependencies in thetestingandtestingfreeextras.Fixes
ReadmeTestCase.test_fsspecfailing due to missingfsspecwhen testing without PyTorch available. Even whentorchdoes bring infsspecas an indirect dependency, it’s better to have a direct dependency on things we import directly.
