Created a new WordPress block plugin that displays the primary category for posts. The block automatically detects the post context (works in Query Loops and post templates), supports Yoast SEO primary category selection, and includes functionality for category text overrides and short names. The plugin follows the same structure and standards as other HM block plugins in the project.
