Bug fixes

• fixed issue when installing a new site from the scratch
• now including drush into the vendor packages to deploy to pantheon along with the composer.json and composer.lock

Added PlatformSh as new posible Target env option, updated NPM pages and more

• Added a new generation option, now you can select the target env (Pantheon or Platform SH), this change include a initial platform sh config and its initial CI config.

• Updated multi npm packages.
