When a developer flips a CPT's args from public/publicly_queryable true to false, the previously assigned page kept serving as the archive because the mapping persists in the DB. Delete the per-CPT option at registration time when the type is no longer eligible, and keep a defensive guard in the frontend handler for the case where the CPT is not registered at all this request (e.g. its plugin is deactivated). Closes #12
