This PR is to use the main package's mod file to avoid extra complications for the CLI tool.

just remove dependencies. why would you need go-getter? it brings a lot of stuff you'd never need, like SDKs for all clouds. you can use net/http to fetch a zip archive from github and then archive/zip to unpack it.
