Hook metadata fix
- added comments for the constants used in test_metadata_not_padded - removed test_aggregation_verify_e2e as duplicate for test_aggregation_verify (used as a unit for the monorepo e2e katana setup) - noop to pausable_ism as a test for a more realistic scenario.
