The project roadmap is outdated and does not reflect current priorities, active workstreams, or retired components.

Update the roadmap to reflect the current state of the project: active packages, ongoing efforts (SATP Hermes, documentation revamp, cleanup), planned removals (xdai, client verifier), and near-term goals.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Removing the roadmap entirely — but a lightweight roadmap is valuable for contributors and users to understand project direction.
