#issue 94 solved, check ingested files and retry n times at delay of m if failed.
Issue:
The current version of the ingest_process.py script does not use langchain: it downloads and saves files on a dataset subfolder.
The solution is to check if all the files, related to the links of the configuration page, have been downloaded. Otherwise try again n times (n is a param to add in config.yaml) and delay of m between retries.
