this pr adds a simple feedback system for chatbot responses and store them in users.db with timestamp and created a admin specific page to check the feedbacks and added features to filter records by username, feedback type, or reason

updates preview:

@gcapuzzi Currently it is
cause the current functionality allows to save feedback in a .txt file is it ok or should I add functionality to store it in db
and currently working on implementing a separate page to show those feedback's too
