Summary
Adds the first FabricOps-backed Kubernetes engine path to Fablo.
When
global.engineis set tokubernetes, Fablo now renders a FabricOpsFabricNetworkmanifest instead of legacy Kubernetes templates, applies it through the generatedfabric-k8s.shwrapper, waits for FabricOps readiness, and routes Kubernetes chaincode invoke/query operations throughfabricopsctl.
