This PR updates the documentation slugs in parser/data/keywords.go to match the current structure of the Hyprland wiki. This fixes the generator errors during just parser-data execution:

Failed to find heading window-rules-v1 in Window-Rules
Failed to find heading window-rules-v2 in Window-Rules
Failed to find heading workspace-rules in Workspace-Rules
