ui: refine app list layout and styling

• Make app list items evenly spaced with fixed item height
• Add left padding for better alignment inside the list box
• Differentiate app class vs title with accent + softened text color

I'd push even more spacing horizontally so that it's more centered, plus add some slight background to each second entry for differentiation

looks goo.... can you set a max size on the text so that it gets ellipsized properly? (see chromium title)

It should work automatically if you put the text in a fixed-size layout (e.g. 100% here) and let it (the text) grow
