Phase 1 release

This release of CodePortal provides the basic functionalities to users. While developing by following the agile approach, we're changing many features along the development journey, so the current release may contain some missing features (which are going to be added in the next release), or you may find some issues (some of them are already on our issues list to fix in the next release).
