- Built on reportlab, makePDF takes an xml file and generates a fully rendered pdf, mimicking a powerpoint presentation

- implement catch-all slides
- add fully rendered presentations easily to an analytics pipeline
- makePDF.py is executed from the command line
- python makePDF.py sample.xml
- Saves 'sample.pdf' in the current directory
