Changes:

use pnpm and workspaces.
bump all deps to actual version.
migrate all js to .ts files.
add .d.ts generated.
separate vitepress to monorepo, and update.
add libphonenumber-js to install in Readme.

TODO

vitepress convert all components to ts and setup
remove utils and options.
add props interface

TODO in feature:

migrate to strict: true in tsconfig (for now need refactor codebase).
update vite to v6, for now i try but not ready yet deps like vitest.
maybe use vueuse for clickoutside
