Nightly build based on IAR 9.70.1 for use with Zephyr.

Fixes the problem caused by the introduction of the '.ltord' assembler directive in Zephyr PR zephyrproject-rtos#92569. The IAR toolchain will ignore the directive and issue a warning as LTO is not supported by IAR.
