…pread throughout the plant. Remaining bugs: Haven’t checked biological interpretation of any parameters -- basically made things up. Random spread -- yes, it should depend on viral level. can stay, I think – some component can be random. While it probably should be a function of viral state, it’s ok.

Most recent one makes a really nice simulation that qualitatively has all the behaviour we want. |
Rest of code is slightly updated (SAR, lysis), but main changes are visual. Still has arbitrary sliders in it for viral spread chance. Might be nice to make a function of current viral level, and/or adjust for Cas9 dynamics.

Leaves are now connected to vasculature, which spreads infection nicely to the entire plant.
Rijigged quite a bit of setup code. Changed the spread part just to ensure it does spread -- temporarily suspended biological realism there for testing. Will try to clean up in collaboration with Zoe.
