@zmbc we've been holding off on merging until we feel confident that our neonatal mortality model is working as desired so that we don't layer additional complexity to the model before we're ready for it. So I'll plan to merge and make a run request following model 21 V&V. Let me know if you think we should change this strategy for any reason! |

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions! I would like to wait until Zeb feels that he's finished up neonatal mortality de-bugging before we merge and make a run request, but I think we can still go through review in the meantime.
