The diffs for the
package-locks looked somewhat strange after my last PR so I went back and did a clean install of the project (with npm version 6.2.0).I previously reverted changes to the project and tried updating the lock files, but this didn't do what I expected (it worked correctly in some places but not in others). This should get things back to normal for people on version 6.
