Interactive (user-facing) agents currently can end up running the imbue-code-guardian gates and long test passes mid-conversation, blocking the user. The plan for this branch: make the reviewer stop hook opt-in via a worker role marker (closing the gap where worktree-template agents inherit fully-enabled gates), add an interactive-sessions policy to CLAUDE.md limiting inline verification to basic functionality and UI-rendering checks, and give build-web-service a deferral step that hands thorough testing of a service to a background worker once the user's attention moves on. Design details still being confirmed in the workspace conversation.
So far the branch only carries a uv.lock catch-up for the vendored mngr package version bumps from the earlier vendor sync commit.
