First of all: 🎈 🎉 Yeah! 🎉 🎈

T3AM is a tiny extension which makes multiple accounts per person superfluous.
Set up a centralized authentication server with T3AM Server and use your backend account from that instance in any other TYPO3 instance you configure with T3AM.
