mem0-dokploy-pgvector

Dokploy deployment for shared Mem0 REST API with a 2-container stack:

• mem0 — Mem0 REST API server, built from upstream source with a fixed Postgres driver
• postgres — PostgreSQL + pgvector for both app DB and vector storage

TLS is handled by Cloudflare. Dokploy domain should use https=false and certificateType=none.
