Isn't spm_explicit_mask/data/explicit_mask.nii an output of the batch.m script? I.E in the script I am choosing spm_contrast_mask/mask.nii to be used as the explicit mask, so then when the analysis is run the file spm_explicit_mask/data/explicit_mask.nii will be this mask? |
