Adding Pokémon Uranium!

Get results even for Pokémon Uranium!
There could be some bugs, since this is a alpha version. Please raise a issue if you should find one.
You can test the new function under "More" → "Not working yet" → "Uranium"

Preview does only work with the PokeDex.pyw, sice the program has not been repacked to a .exe yet!
