Replace generic tagline with version-specific description that identifies this as InfluxDB OSS v2 powered by the TSM storage engine. Improves discoverability for search engines and AI agents.
Mirror the docs site banner tone to inform visitors that this branch is an earlier version and link to InfluxDB 3 Core with its v2/v1 compatibility APIs.
Add key-value style facts (version, branch, storage engine, query languages, API, compatibility, license, docs) for quick scanning by humans and AI agents. Matches the format used in PR #27315.
New users can no longer sign up for InfluxDB Cloud (TSM).
The /influxdb/latest/ URL will eventually resolve to v3.
