I noticed when adding attestions to transfers that in PR #57
AttestedMsgis defined inmtcs_server.rs. Following this, I definedAttestedMsgintransfers_server.rsas well and realized it was unnecessary redundancy.I noticed there's already a (more generalized)
Attestedstruct inquartz-cw/, and imported it into thetransfers_server.rsinstead. I didn't make the same change tomtcs_server.rssince I don't have those changes on this branch, but I'm opening this PR as a reminder to deal with this when we merge thetransfersbranch.
