The v1.0.0 of sqlight update the handling of decoder in queries from gleam/dynamic to gleam/dynamic/decode

I have cleaned up the other PR, so I would recommend to just rebase/merge the other PR into this so your contribution is tracked. Once the tests are green and it works for you I will merge this PR and make a release ASAP |
