Rust simulator changes for the phase-2 dynamic-pricing mechanisms:
- sim-rs/sim-core/ — Family B chain-derived EIP-1559 controller
(tx_pricing/), mempool gate, lane-aware sample collection,
multi-lane EB selection, EB endorsement validation.
- sim-rs/sim-cli/ — experiment-suite binary (run/status/verify),
manifest layout, parallel runner, metrics collector + writers,
determinism harness, parallel-runner integration tests.
- Cargo.lock — dependency resolution.
Squashed from 63 commits on dynamic-experiment. Companion PRs:
- experiment configs (sim-rs/parameters/phase-2-sweep/) — separate.
Tests under sim-rs/sim-cli/tests/{determinism,parallel_runner}.rs
load those YAMLs at runtime, so the configs PR should land first.
- auxiliary code (sim-rs/scripts/) — separate. Suite runners,
topology generators, analysis scripts, viz site. No hard build/test
dependency in either direction.
- docs (docs/, cip-evidence/, CLAUDE.md) — separate.
